Marufuku Ramen is bringing its signature Hakata-style Tonkotsu ramen to Downtown Summerlin this February, marking its second Las Vegas location.
The new 2,440-square-foot restaurant at 2010 Festival Plaza Drive, Suite 170, will feature both indoor dining and an inviting outdoor patio with firepits.
Diners can expect Marufuku’s celebrated creamy pork broth, thin artisanal noodles, and tender cha-shu pork, along with specialties like Chicken Paitan ramen, savory rice bowls, and Izakaya-inspired appetizers.
This outpost is only the brand’s second to introduce Kushiyaki — Japanese grilled skewers — and will offer a full bar serving exclusive cocktails and premium Japanese spirits.
Signature drinks include the Yuzu Shiso Mojito and Strawberry Yuzu Refresher, bringing extra flair to the experience.
Open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Marufuku Ramen continues to elevate Las Vegas’s dining scene with its bold flavors and welcoming atmosphere.
