Dina Mitchell, a longtime Las Vegas entrepreneur, is fiercely dedicated to her dream of bringing healthy, gluten-free fast food to the masses with her new venture, PowerSoul Cafe.
After 15 years building Tropical Smoothie Cafes in Nevada and Southern California, Mitchell sold her interests and traveled the world, discovering a lack of certified gluten-free options in the fast-food industry.
Inspired by her experiences abroad and her own gluten-free lifestyle, she crafted PowerSoul Café, using strict sourcing—like pesticide-free Italian ingredients and certified gluten-free oats—to ensure safety and quality.
Her journey to a spot on “Shark Tank” was arduous, requiring multiple video auditions and immense perseverance.
Ultimately, her persistence landed her a spot on the show’s upcoming episode on April 15, where she aims to spotlight safe dining options for those with celiac disease or other food sensitivities.
Regardless of the show’s results, Mitchell remains passionate about her mission to redefine fast food in Las Vegas. Read More... |
