Culinary highlights include takoyaki, karaage, mochi, and shaved ice from local vendors.

Adults can sample sake and wine in a dedicated tasting area.

The festival runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a reminder that pets aren’t allowed in the plaza.

Dina Mitchell, a longtime Las Vegas entrepreneur, is fiercely dedicated to her dream of bringing healthy, gluten-free fast food to the masses with her new venture, PowerSoul Cafe.

After 15 years building Tropical Smoothie Cafes in Nevada and Southern California, Mitchell sold her interests and traveled the world, discovering a lack of certified gluten-free options in the fast-food industry.

Inspired by her experiences abroad and her own gluten-free lifestyle, she crafted PowerSoul Café, using strict sourcing—like pesticide-free Italian ingredients and certified gluten-free oats—to ensure safety and quality.

Her journey to a spot on “Shark Tank” was arduous, requiring multiple video auditions and immense perseverance.

Ultimately, her persistence landed her a spot on the show’s upcoming episode on April 15, where she aims to spotlight safe dining options for those with celiac disease or other food sensitivities.

Regardless of the show’s results, Mitchell remains passionate about her mission to redefine fast food in Las Vegas.

This expansive community park features lighted baseball, softball, and basketball courts, along with six pickleball courts designed for league and casual play.

Families are drawn to shaded playgrounds, a vibrant splash pad, and picnic areas, all connected by accessible pathways and ample parking.

The park’s elevated position west of the 215 Beltway treats visitors to sweeping vistas of the Las Vegas Valley and mountains.

Adults can take advantage of outdoor fitness stations and relaxing gathering spots beneath ramadas or on wide lawn areas perfect for yoga and events.
