The Resort at Summerlin will debut its new identity on January 1, 2026, following a sweeping $75 million renovation that promises to elevate the local hospitality scene.
The property returns to its original vision of a resort-centric destination, offering world-class gaming, spa, pools, and event spaces designed to attract both locals and visitors.
The transformation features a refreshed conference center, a redesigned fitness area, and upscale spa amenities, including new treatment rooms and a dedicated relaxation zone.
Gaming is also receiving a major boost with a 50,000-square-foot high-limit room and state-of-the-art casino technology, delivering luxury and exclusivity.
Dining options expand with concepts led by celebrity chef Fabio Viviani and acclaimed eateries like Nom Wah and Wineaux, enhancing Summerlin’s culinary scene.
The new Caesars Sportsbook, set for early 2026, will offer top-tier sports wagering in partnership with Caesars Entertainment.
This major reimagining affirms Summerlin’s commitment to luxury, innovation, and a vibrant community experience. Read More... |
Marufuku Ramen is bringing its signature Hakata-style Tonkotsu ramen to Downtown Summerlin this February, marking its second Las Vegas location.
The new 2,440-square-foot restaurant at 2010 Festival Plaza Drive, Suite 170, will feature both indoor dining and an inviting outdoor patio with firepits.
Diners can expect Marufuku’s celebrated creamy pork broth, thin artisanal noodles, and tender cha-shu pork, along with specialties like Chicken Paitan ramen, savory rice bowls, and Izakaya-inspired appetizers.
This outpost is only the brand’s second to introduce Kushiyaki — Japanese grilled skewers — and will offer a full bar serving exclusive cocktails and premium Japanese spirits.
Signature drinks include the Yuzu Shiso Mojito and Strawberry Yuzu Refresher, bringing extra flair to the experience.
Open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Marufuku Ramen continues to elevate Las Vegas’s dining scene with its bold flavors and welcoming atmosphere. Read More... |
Shady is a gentle, 3-year-old pup seeking a calm, loving home in Las Vegas.
Rather than dashing into new situations, Shady prefers to quietly observe—his gentle nature is part of what makes him special.
He arrived at The Animal Foundation after being surrendered and has struggled with the loud and busy shelter environment.
In a previous home, Shady thrived: he was playful, confident, great with children ages 5–12, and friendly with other large dogs.
On walks, he stays close like a polite shadow, showing calm manners around other dogs.
Shady truly blossoms when given patience—slowly warming up, seeking affection, and sharing sweet kisses.
He’s searching for someone who understands that love sometimes arrives quietly.
Consider fostering or adopting Shady at The Animal Foundation—a little time and kindness could help him find his forever family. Read More... |
Girls just wanna time travel back to 2016… but with money, boundaries, and a Reserved Parking spot at Downtown Summerlin. |
• Is anyone yearning anymore, or is that emotional depth now reserved exclusively for fictional hockey players?
• Figure out your contrast style and suddenly your makeup makes sense, even under Trader Joe’s lighting.
• GRWM to go to the doctor… abroad. Because apparently healthcare is now part of the travel budget.
• Legends never die, which explains why 2016 still lives rent free in all of our heads.
• Surprise! Here are some wildly unexpected ways to protect your colon, because aging sneaks up fast in Summerlin. |
We Always Have Time for You |
Turns out you don’t need a long heart to heart or a perfectly planned brunch to feel connected. Science says just a few minutes, twelve, if TikTok is to be believed, of real conversation with a friend can boost your mood, lower stress, and make you feel more grounded.
Think about those quick check ins: chatting while strolling through Downtown Summerlin, catching up during a walk around The Trails, or laughing in the parking lot outside Trader Joe’s because neither of you wanted the conversation to end. Those moments matter.
Even a short call while grabbing coffee at Mothership or sitting on a bench at The Lawn triggers all the good stuff. Oxytocin, dopamine, serotonin, basically your brain saying, “Yes, this is what I needed.”
Try this today: Call a friend you love talking to while you’re somewhere familiar, on a park bench, in your car before errands, or mid walk at Fox Hill Park. No agenda. No pressure. Just a real hello.
You don’t need an hour. You just need a moment and your favorite spot. 💛 |
