October in Las Vegas offers a delightful blend of pleasant weather and a vibrant array of events, making it an ideal time to explore the city.

🎃 Pumpkin Picking at Gilcrease Orchard

Embrace the autumn spirit by visiting Gilcrease Orchard during its Fall Harvest. Wander through the pumpkin patch, pick sunflowers, and indulge in their famous apple cider doughnuts. Due to its popularity, a seasonal ticket system is in place to manage the crowds.

🎨 Experiential Art and Culture

October is a fantastic month to immerse yourself in Las Vegas's art and culture scene. Start with the Summerlin Festival of Arts at Downtown Summerlin from October 10-12.

Then, head downtown to the Historic Fifth Street School for the annual Las Vegas Book Festival on October 18.

Additionally, the upcoming Las Vegas Museum of Art is offering a preview exhibit, "Family Album," at the Las Vegas Civic Center Art Gallery, debuting October 14.

👻 Historic Ghost Tours

For those seeking a thrill, several venues offer ghost tours throughout October. The recently reopened Whiskey Pete's in Primm hosts Investigation Experience Ghost Tours on weekends.

The Pioneer Saloon features the Goodscreams Festival with paranormal tours on October 11 and Spirits with Spirits events throughout the month. Even Circus Circus offers haunted experiences.

For a self guided adventure, the Commercial Center has introduced "Mob, Murder, Mystery" tours complete with maps.
