Summerlin's premier destination is poised for a transformative journey as it rebrands to The Resort at Summerlin, marking a significant milestone in its evolution.
Effective January 1, 2026, this rebranding coincides with the culmination of a comprehensive $75 million renovation aimed at enhancing every facet of the guest experience.
Originally envisioned as a resort centric property, the establishment is returning to its roots by adopting its initial planned name, The Resort at Summerlin.
This change reflects a commitment to providing a fully integrated resort campus that offers world class gaming, dining, spa and wellness facilities, pools, and event spaces, all thoughtfully designed to deliver an elevated destination experience for both locals and travelers in the heart of Summerlin.
The extensive renovation encompasses a refreshed conference center, a renovated fitness center, a new relaxation area, and upgraded treatment rooms at the world class spa.
The casino floor has been enhanced with new lighting, carpet, finishes, and the addition of new high-limit rooms featuring cutting-edge gaming technology and personalized service.
In July 2025, the resort unveiled a new 50,000-square-foot high-limit gaming room, offering state-of-the-art gaming options, a sophisticated bar experience, and luxurious amenities tailored to high-denomination play.
Sam Garritano, Vice President of Casino Operations, emphasized that the new high-limit room redefines the essence of upscale gaming, providing an atmosphere of exclusivity, sophistication, and unmatched comfort.
Dining experiences at the resort are set to be elevated with the introduction of new concepts.
In 2025, the resort will debut ai Pazzi, ai Pazzi Pizza, and Pearls Oyster & Crudo Bar from celebrity chef Fabio Viviani.
Additionally, Nom Wah, the first West Coast location of New York City's oldest dim sum restaurant, and Wineaux, the Summerlin outpost from James Beard Award winner Shawn McClain and master sommelier Nick Hetzel, are slated to open in early 2026.
These additions will further establish the resort as the social and culinary heart of Summerlin.
Further enhancing the guest experience, the resort has partnered with Caesars Entertainment, Inc. to open a new Caesars Sportsbook inside the property.
Targeting an opening in early 2026, the sportsbook will deliver an elevated sports wagering experience to the Summerlin community with market-leading technology and an enhanced sports viewing experience.
These developments are part of the resort's commitment to providing an unmatched destination experience, thoughtfully designed to cater to both locals and travelers.
As Summerlin continues to evolve, The Resort at Summerlin stands as a testament to the community's dedication to luxury, innovation, and sustainability.
With its extensive renovations and rebranding, the resort is set to redefine luxury hospitality in the heart of Summerlin. |
