New Whole Foods Market Opens in Las Vegas' Summerlin Community |
Expanded store features over 100 local products and enhanced amenities |
Whole Foods Market has unveiled its latest store at 2475 S. Town Center Drive in Las Vegas' Summerlin neighborhood.
This 46,500-square-foot location replaces the Fort Apache store, which served the community for nearly 22 years.
The new store boasts an impressive selection of over 100 local products from Nevada, adhering to Whole Foods Market's stringent quality standards.
Store Team Leader Ruben Nuno, who began his career at the Fort Apache location in 2003, expressed enthusiasm about the area's growth and the opportunity to offer a larger, upgraded store to the community.
Enhancements include an upgraded coffee and juice bar, new prepared foods venues, and expanded indoor and outdoor café seating areas.
Opening day festivities featured complimentary coffee from Dark Moon Coffee Roasters and snacks from Sweetpotato Awesome.
The first 300 customers received limited-edition tote bags and Secret Saver coupons with offers up to $100.
In a commitment to community support, Whole Foods Market donated an all-electric refrigerated van to Celestial Manna, aiding in the transportation of surplus food to those in need.
This initiative is part of the company's Nourishing Our Neighborhoods program, aimed at enhancing local food rescue organizations' capabilities.
The store's offerings include a full-service meat counter with custom cuts, a seafood counter featuring sustainable options, and a bakery department with fresh-baked goods, including vegan and gluten-free selections.
Customers can also explore a curated grocery section with private label favorites and local products, such as protein bars from Nectis and ready-to-drink coffee from Dark Moon Coffee Roasters.
Whole Foods Market continues to uphold its commitment to quality, community engagement, and sustainability with this new addition to the Las Vegas area. |
