ORIGINAL| Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the community's assistance in locating a missing 14 year old boy who disappeared early Saturday morning and may be in emotional distress.

The teenager was last seen around 2 a.m. near the 6400 block of Broadcloth Court in the southwest Las Vegas valley.

He is described as 6 feet tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds, with blue eyes and blonde hair.

At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing an unknown-colored sweatshirt, green and red plaid pajama pants, and carrying a Vegas Golden Knights drawstring backpack.

Authorities have expressed concern that he may be experiencing severe emotional distress and could require medical assistance.

Hospitals have been alerted to check their patient lists and notify police immediately if he is located.
