The Resort at Summerlin’s October announcement combines late-month Round Bar music with Halloween-themed Bingo Room programming.

Spooky Jam is scheduled for Saturday, October 31, while live music is listed for October 23, 24, 30 and 31.

The schedules are separate, and visitors should confirm the current lineup, age requirements and any casino-promotion eligibility details directly with the property before heading out.

Seven bingo sessions on Halloween feels like a lot. I'd probably choose the music, but it's nice to have options.

I prefer a quieter Pilates class, so this may not be my style. It is good to know what the workout involves.

Municipal Gym is bringing a free community workout to The Lawn at Downtown Summerlin on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, from 6 to 7 p.m. The outdoor event is an introduction to the fitness brand, which is planning a permanent Summerlin location for early 2027.

The workout takes place at 1825 Festival Plaza Drive, not at the site of the future gym. Admission is listed as free, with advance registration requested. Participants are asked to bring workout clothes, a yoga mat, a sweat towel, and water. The organizer has not published a full exercise schedule or difficulty rating.

The opening window is a target, not a confirmed date. Membership pricing and final operating details also require confirmation. Residents can check the Downtown Summerlin event page, use the registration listing for event instructions, and follow Municipal Gym's website for future club updates.

The workout and the proposed gym are at separate addresses, so check the location on your event confirmation. The class is a preview of the brand, not a tour of the unfinished facility.

💬 For Your Group Chat

Apparently, we have plans to compare...

Send this to your weekend crew: “Jazz Thursday, the farmers market Saturday, or a family Halloween stop? Summerlin has options. 🎶🥕🎃”

Your move: pick one plan, check the details, and let the group chat vote.

WEST VALLEY / WEEKLY

🌿 Mindful Minute

MAKE ROOM FOR ONE UNRUSHED STOP.

A full weekend does not have to feel like a race between errands. Choose one place to slow down—a quiet walk through Downtown Summerlin, a few minutes at the farmers market, or a seat before the jazz begins.

Try this: Put your phone away for the first five minutes. Notice what you can hear, what catches your eye, and how your shoulders feel when you are not checking the next thing.

🌱 Tiny takeaway: One unrushed local moment can reset the rest of the day.

WEST VALLEY / WEEKLY

✨ The Beauty Drop

A FIVE-MINUTE RESET BEFORE YOU HEAD OUT.

Summerlin’s fall days can move from warm afternoons to cooler evenings, so keep the routine simple before the market, a Halloween event, or an evening walk.

Start with moisture. Use a gentle moisturizer and lip balm, then keep broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher in the rotation. The American Academy of Dermatology’s sunscreen guide covers the basics.

For a simple, no-fuss option, try a moisturizing cream after washing your face or hands. It is an easy bag or bathroom-counter staple when the air starts feeling a little drier.

Pack for the pivot. A hair tie, water, and tinted balm can handle the shift from daytime plans to dinner without a full restart.

✨ The takeaway: Keep it easy, stay comfortable, and save your energy for the neighborhood plans.

✦

💛 Until next week, Summerlin!
