JW Marriott Las Vegas and Rampart Casino Rebrand as The Resort at Summerlin |
Extensive $75 Million Renovation Ushers in New Era for Iconic Summerlin Destination |
Las Vegas' renowned JW Marriott Las Vegas and Rampart Casino are set to unveil a unified identity as The Resort at Summerlin on January 1, 2026.
This rebranding coincides with the culmination of a comprehensive $75 million renovation aimed at enhancing the property's luxury offerings.
Michelle McHugh, Vice President and General Manager, emphasized that the transformation is designed to revitalize the resort while elevating the overall guest experience.
The extensive upgrades include a refreshed conference center, a renovated fitness facility, and the introduction of the Hydra Lounge relaxation area.
The casino floor has been modernized with new lighting, carpeting, and finishes, alongside the addition of high-limit rooms featuring advanced gaming technology.
Guest accommodations have also been meticulously redesigned.
Of the 549 guestrooms, 98 now offer walk-out or Juliette balconies, and 11 feature walk-out terraces, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the resort's lush gardens and serene waterfalls.
In a strategic move to enhance its culinary landscape, the resort has partnered with Fabio Viviani Hospitality to introduce new dining concepts.
Scheduled to debut in 2025, these include ai Pazzi, ai Pazzi Pizza, and Pearls Oyster & Crudo Bar.
Additionally, the resort will welcome Nom Wah, marking the first West Coast location of New York City's oldest dim sum restaurant, and Wineaux, a venture by James Beard Award winner Shawn McClain and master sommelier Nick Hetzel.
Further enhancing its amenities, the resort has announced a partnership with Caesars Entertainment to open a new Caesars Sportsbook within the property.
Set to launch in early 2026, the sportsbook will feature a state-of-the-art 360-degree LED video display and 20 self-service betting kiosks, providing an elevated sports wagering experience for guests.
Since its inception in 1999, the property has been a cornerstone of the Summerlin community.
The rebranding to The Resort at Summerlin signifies a return to its original name and a reaffirmation of its commitment to offering a fully integrated luxury experience.
With world-class gaming, dining, spa services, pools, and event spaces, the resort is poised to continue its legacy as a premier destination for both locals and visitors.
