Marufuku Ramen, renowned for its authentic Hakata-style Tonkotsu ramen, is set to open a new location in Downtown Summerlin this February.

This marks the restaurant's second venture in the Las Vegas area, following the success of its initial establishment at The Bend in Southwest Las Vegas.

This should be an H2 Subheadline

The upcoming 2,440-square-foot restaurant will be situated at 2010 Festival Plaza Drive, Suite 170, occupying the former SkinnyFats space.

Patrons can look forward to both indoor seating and an outdoor patio featuring firepits, creating a welcoming atmosphere for diners.

Marufuku Ramen is celebrated for its rich, creamy pork broth simmered for hours, ultra-thin artisanal noodles, and tender cha-shu pork.

In addition to its signature Tonkotsu ramen, the menu will offer Chicken Paitan ramen, savory rice bowls, and Izakaya-style appetizers such as Chicken Karaage and Marufuku Bites.

Notably, the Downtown Summerlin location will be only the second Marufuku restaurant to feature Kushiyaki, Japanese-style grilled skewers inspired by yakitori.

Guests can also enjoy a full bar experience unique to the Las Vegas locations, showcasing handcrafted cocktails inspired by Japan's culinary traditions, premium Japanese shochu, sake, and whiskey.

Signature cocktails include the Yuzu Shiso Mojito, Iced Marufuku Japanese Slipper, and Strawberry Yuzu Refresher.

Co-founder Eiichi Mochizuki expressed enthusiasm about the expansion, stating, "We are thrilled to continue expanding in Las Vegas and to bring Marufuku Ramen to Downtown Summerlin."

He added, "The city has embraced our approach to authentic Japanese ramen, and this second location allows us to build on that momentum while inviting guests to enjoy the full Marufuku experience with kushiyaki, cocktails, and an outdoor patio while staying true to the traditions that define our cuisine."

With this expansion, Marufuku Ramen continues to strengthen its presence in Las Vegas, bringing bold flavors, warm hospitality, and a refined yet welcoming dining experience to one of the city's premier lifestyle destinations.

The restaurant will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
