Philly food in Summerlin South Takeout |
Featuring philly cheesesteaks and classic philly flavors |

Las Vegas is about to experience a delicious infusion of Philly flavors with the arrival of Everything Philly & Co. in Summerlin South.
This new takeout concept is set to bring authentic Philly cheesesteaks and other classic East Coast dishes to the Valley.
According to recent reports, Everything Philly & Co. will operate out of the Summerlin South Takeout ghost kitchen located at 110 S. Rainbow Blvd.
This strategic location allows the eatery to serve the entire Las Vegas area efficiently.
Owners Rande and Cory Dunmore, originally from West Philadelphia, have been planning this venture for years.
They moved to Las Vegas about seven months ago to turn their dream into reality.
Initially considering a food truck, they found the ghost kitchen model to be a lower-risk option that still offers full control over their brand.
The menu at Everything Philly & Co. is a tribute to their roots, featuring items like authentic cheesesteaks, water ice, pizza pretzels, fish hoagies, $1 jumbo shrimp, and $0.75 wing specials.
These offerings aim to provide Las Vegas residents with a genuine taste of Philadelphia.
In addition to these savory options, the eatery promises some of the best homemade lemonade in town.
While the initial focus is on the ghost kitchen, the Dunmores have plans for future expansion.
For now, Everything Philly & Co. will be part of the Summerlin South Takeout hub, which hosts over 20 restaurant brands, including ProteinHouse, Down 2 Earth Pizzeria, Bokki Chicken, and Afters Ice Cream.
Everything Philly & Co. is anticipated to open this spring, bringing a much-anticipated taste of Philadelphia to Las Vegas.
Residents can look forward to enjoying these classic Philly flavors without leaving the Valley. |
