Skip the Strip: Summerlin has its own five-course mystery-wine dinner this Friday.

Fleming’s Summerlin hosts “Bottled Secrets” on Oct. 9, 2026 at 7 p.m. at 8721 W. Charleston Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89117, near Rampart Boulevard.

The 21+ dinner costs $149 per guest, excluding tax and gratuity. Five courses come with concealed-label wines, turning each pour into a guessing game before the varietal is revealed.

Want a seat? Check the official Fleming’s Summerlin page or Bottled Secrets wine-dinner page; seating is limited.

What to Know Before You Go

How Bottled Secrets Works

  1. Each course arrives with a mystery wine whose label is concealed.
  2. Guests taste the pairing and guess the varietal.
  3. The wine is revealed, giving diners a chance to compare their impressions.

The format makes the dinner more interactive than a standard pairing menu—and gives Summerlin, NV diners a special-event option without heading to the Strip.

What to Expect at Fleming’s Summerlin Steakhouse

Outside the special event, the Summerlin restaurant focuses on prime steaks, seafood and its full menu alongside a curated wine list.

The main dining room and lounge serve lunch daily from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., with dinner from 3 p.m. to close.

The Rooted Wine Bar adds another option for wine-focused diners, with a wine steward, curated bottles and special pairing events.

For Friday, Bottled Secrets is the main draw: a fixed-time, limited-seating experience built around food, wine and the surprise of each reveal.

Planning Your Fleming’s Summerlin Wine Dinner

Because the event starts at 7 p.m. and seating is limited, reservations should be the first step.

  • Budget: The official wine-dinner page lists the experience at $149 per guest, before tax and gratuity.
  • Age requirement: Guests must be 21 or older.
  • Sold out online? Fleming’s recommends calling the restaurant to ask about its wait list.
  • Getting there: Use the West Charleston location for directions.

For west valley residents, the neighborhood location makes the dinner an easy date-night or special-occasion option without building the evening around a Strip trip.

Why This Summerlin Wine Dinner Stands Out

Summerlin, NV has plenty of polished restaurants. A one-night format can make the choice easier for diners who want something beyond a standard steak dinner.

Bottled Secrets adds a social element: labels stay hidden, guests make their guesses, and each reveal becomes part of the conversation.

For locals searching for a Summerlin steakhouse, a date-night restaurant or a wine pairing dinner close to home, the Oct. 9 event combines all three.

The location on Charleston is definitely easier than dealing with the Strip for a nice dinner. Curious what the wine pairings end up being.

I’ve driven past Fleming’s plenty of times but the mystery wine dinner actually sounds like a fun reason to finally book it.
