Summerlin Library’s Outdoor Fall Festival is set for Saturday, October 3, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., bringing a neighborhood-size start to fall at 1771 Inner Circle Drive.

The Library District’s event listing describes live entertainment, pumpkin decorating, themed crafts, food trucks and more.

Admission is free and open to the public, though the library says space and supplies are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

That last detail matters if pumpkin decorating is the activity your child has been talking about all week: arrive near the beginning rather than counting on supplies late in the afternoon.

The festival is an easy local outing for families who want a fall celebration without building a whole weekend around it.

What is planned

The mix of performances and hands-on activities gives visitors a reason to move around instead of standing in a single line.

Kids can focus on pumpkin decorating and themed crafting, while adults can take in the entertainment or make a lunch stop at one of the food trucks.

The food vendors are part of the event, but the library’s free-admission notice should not be read as a promise that food is free.

For the latest activity details, use the official festival page before leaving home; lineups and available supplies can change.

Make the most of four hours

A sensible plan is to start with the activity your group cares about most, then leave room to wander toward the live entertainment and food trucks.

With first-come supplies, a craft-first visit makes more sense for families hoping to decorate pumpkins; visitors coming chiefly for the atmosphere may prefer a slower lap.

You do not need a packed itinerary to enjoy a local event like this.

Pick one or two things to do, allow time for a snack, and keep an eye on the clock because the outdoor festival ends at 2 p.m.

The library’s Summerlin branch page confirms the address as 1771 Inner Circle Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89134, and lists the main number as 702-507-3860.

If you are meeting friends, share the branch address rather than assuming everyone knows which Summerlin venue is hosting; this celebration is at the library.

It is also worth treating the pictures here as inspiration, not a preview of a specific booth or performer: they are illustrative stock photos, not photos of this year’s festival.

That distinction keeps expectations clear while the library’s own listing remains the source for confirmed attractions.

A library outing that can last beyond Saturday

For West Valley neighbors, the festival also offers a chance to revisit a branch that hosts programming long after pumpkin season ends.

The Library District’s events calendar lets readers look for future talks, performances, family activities and other programs rather than waiting for another annual festival.

The branch information page is useful for regular hours and directions if you want to return on a quieter day.

And if this visit reminds you to reconnect with the library, the district explains how to get a library card and use its broader collection and services.

Those extras are optional; Saturday’s appeal is simple: a free neighborhood gathering with crafts, music and food options in one familiar place.

Before you go: confirm the October 3 details on the festival listing, head to Summerlin Library at 1771 Inner Circle Drive between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., and plan around first-come supplies.

Get there early for the pumpkin activity, then let the rest of the morning unfold.

The first-come supply note is useful. I would head to pumpkin decorating early if that is the main reason for visiting.

Free admission is great but I wish they gave more details on the food trucks. Like which ones will actually be there. Might make or break it for some folks honestly.

Pumpkin decorating sounds like a great reason to go early. Since supplies are first come, is 10 a.m. the best time to arrive?
